I am an award-winning documentary editor based in the New York area whose work has appeared on HBO, Showtime, ABC, BBC, ESPN, Hulu, Tubi, and Vice TV among other digital platforms, winning three Emmy awards, an American Cinema Editors "Eddie" award, a Peabody, and various journalistic achievements such as the Columbia Dupont, Murrow, Overseas Press Club and New York Press Club awards.
I first fell in love with documentary storytelling as a child watching the Olympics broadcast on TV and actively looking forward to the human interest stories about the athletes. Years later, I started my career by producing, shooting, and editing similar stories for ESPN, but as an avid viewer of 60 Minutes, Frontline, and the growing docu-series landscape, I wanted to move beyond just the sports world, and found a home for that making countless stories with the journalists at Vice News.
While I have worked in various styles of non-scripted programing, I specialize in verite-driven longform documentary, where I have experience story producing and as Supervising Editor for a broadcast series on both Adobe Premiere and Avid.
